At Global Fertility&Genetics, we provide Japanese language treatment support by Japanese coordinators and a glossary of fertility treatment terms in
Japanese ⇔ English, so that you can undergo fertility treatment without stress while overseas. We are committed to providing a safe and stress-free environment for our patients to receive fertility treatment while overseas.

Phone ・ If you contact the Japanese Desk by e-mail or at the time of an appointment,
the Japanese coordinator will carefully check your situation and insurance coverage in Japanese.

In addition, our Japanese coordinator will also be present when you visit the hospital for your first consultation,
doctor's diagnosis and follow-up （ interpretation if you wish ） or any other questions ・ or concerns you may have. We will be happy to discuss any other concerns you may have.

Medical terminology, especially fertility treatment terminology, is often unfamiliar in everyday life and may not be instantly understandable
during a consultation with a doctor.
We also provide a glossary of fertility treatment terms to all Japanese patients who come to our clinic.

Our medical director, Dr. Thornton, is well aware of the unique characteristics of Japanese infertility and pregnancy, and
has a reputation for high pregnancy rates because he uses the best protocols for each individual Japanese woman.
