stiff shoulders, or feel unmotivated in any way. Let's eliminate the discrepancy between mind and body so that you can continue to be energetic in the second half of 2024.
This two-part workshop comes with a 3-month follow-up. Through weekly follow-up email check-ins and Q&A sessions, you will practice reclaiming time for yourself in your busy life.
