In this session, we will explain the direction of tax reform and the latest developments in the U.S. tax system ・ individual income tax and employment tax ・ transfer pricing taxation from the perspective of both the parent company and the U.S. subsidiary. We will also touch on other topics in new areas, such as new technologies that are relevant to Japanese companies and examples of how they are being used as a result of digital advancements.
