Three-week sublet Aug 13-Sept 2 ！ Family friendly ！

I am subletting for three weeks starting on the 13th of August 2025. I have a living room, two bedrooms, two bathrooms.

I have two small children myself, so there are beds, cribs, toys, etc. in the house for your free use. There is also a washer and dryer in the house. The building has a kids playroom with toys and slides, a rooftop with barbecue and artificial grass, and a gym.

Located on the Jersey City waterfront. It is one train stop from the World Trade Center and the ride takes about 2 minutes. When you get off the station, there is a park with beautiful Manhattan view and boardwalk next to the station. Our building is a 5 minute walk from the station. From our building, it is a 2 minute walk to Whole Foods, a 5 minute walk to Starbucks, and less than a 10 minute walk to the shopping mall with Macy's, Zara, H&M, and Cheesecake Factory.

Price is $1100 per week. You can rent for up to three weeks. This is a steal as a night in Manhattan or a nearby hotel can cost $250 or more per night ！
