International Women's Day ・ Panel Discussion "What Will Happen to the Backlash Over Japan's DEI ？"

We will welcome female panelists who are active in Japan and the U.S. for a panel discussion, followed by networking time for socializing.

The annual International Women's Day ・ panel discussion will be held this year on March 5 （ Wed ） in conjunction with Toget-HER, a women's empowerment community launched in Japan last year, on the topic "What will happen to the backlash over DEI in Japan " will be held under the theme "What will happen to the backlash over DEI in Japan?

DEI is an acronym for Diversity （ Diversity ）, Equity （ Equity ） and Inclusion （ Inclusion ）. It means diversity, equity, and inclusiveness, and is a concept that aims to enable diverse human resources to play an active role in organizations and society. For several years now, DEI backlash has been an issue in the United States. In light of the recent political climate in Japan, there has been some concern ？ that a backlash will occur in Japan as well. We are pleased to welcome female panelists active in Japan and the U.S. to discuss this topic. There will also be time for networking after the panel discussion. （ ＊ Discussion will be in Japanese. ）
