Cat lovers 🐈Would you like to sublet in NJ ？?

We are looking for someone who can move in from November 2024.
We are renting one room in a 2 bedroom apartment. I will be sharing with a woman in her late 20s. We also have two cats, both of which are quiet and do not bite or scratch.

The location is New Milford, in northern New Jersey, near Paramus and Teaneck. A car is helpful, but there is a bus from Teaneck to Port Authority; it is about a 20 minute drive to GWB.
Very quiet residential area, lots of pharmacies, supermarkets and restaurants nearby.
