Duration ： 3 months from early May to early August.
Rent ： $ 3,000/month or $ 120/day all inclusive. Can be one person or many people, great for couples. Can accommodate 4~5 people if you work hard.
Requirements ： Must be able to water plants about 3 times a week. Must have general Japanese common sense and be able to keep the house as clean as when you arrived.
Location ： Brooklyn Williamsburg Jewish neighborhood, safe and secure.
Nearest station ： 1 min walk to Flushing Ave. and 9 min walk to Lorimer St. （ 3rd stop from Manhattan ）
Room ： Loft about 1100sqf (about 60 tatami mats). Bathroom, kitchen, beds (2 queen size beds), electricity, water, heating/cooling, WiFi, etc. All necessities are provided. Laundry is on the first floor of the apartment.
