Prospect Park Rooms available for rent this month from December 31 to January 22.

I will rent my room to someone who can stay for 23 days from the 31st of this month to the 22nd of January for about 3 moments
Rent is $1200 including utilities, $200 security deposit, deposit is usually refundable when you move out
One woman is preferred, with common sense, no smoking, clean, quiet, no party. No party
Room is about 15 tatami mats, fairly spacious and clean, modern kitchen. toilet

1 minute walk from the apartment, 1 block from prospect park and metro station
nearest station parkside ave station 1 min walk Q line
prospect park station 5 min walk B Q line prospect park station 5 min walk b q s 15-20 min to downtown manhattan
very convenient neighborhood with lots of banks, supermarkets, restaurants, cafes, bars, etc
Prospect Laffer Gardens is a very popular area these days with parks and botanical gardens in the neighborhood
