We are looking for a short term sublet. Entire unit is available except for workroom and closet. This is a brownstone unique to Brooklyn. Very convenient location for travel or business. Walking distance to Prospect Park, Whole Foods, and Main Street in Park Slope. Everything you need for your daily life. The exterior of the building looks old, but the inside was almost completely renovated last December, including the back yard.
The bed and couch are almost brand new, just purchased this year. The latest security cameras are installed. The living room windows face southwest for all day sun, and the back yard is not in direct sunlight, so it is comfortable for morning coffee, reading, or after a hot bath.
