5 weeks from 1/20 to 3/1 - $ 1700
7 weeks from 3/24 to 5/12 - $ 2300 Monthly for long stay from 1/20 $ 1200 （ 3 months or more ） or $ 1100 （ 6 months or more ）
Facilities in each room:

Complete private room with key
Bed, study desk, chair, mirror, wardrobe, carpet, air conditioning, heating, refrigerator included
Common spaces: living room, kitchen, bathroom. Washer/dryer in the home, no need for coin laundry.
