ビルのエントランスは二つＤＯＯＲがあり、両方に鍵がないと入れず、
ビルのエントランスと各階に監視カメラがついています。防犯管理はちゃんとしたビルです。
エレベーター無しの階段で4階です。これも安全で良いと思って選んでます。
アパートの３階に管理人さんが住んでるので安心です。
駅からの帰り道は夜も街灯がしっかりついている道なので明るく安全です。

☆R train, STEINWAY 駅まで２ブロック徒歩5分
※マンハッタン まで地下鉄で３-4駅 10-15分くらい
※タイムズスクエア, ユニオンスクエア, ソーホー どこでも乗り換え無しで行けて便利です。
家のすぐそばにスーパーマーケット,CVS, スタバ,ジム多数, 銀行,
　お洒落なバーやレストラン etc 色々あります。
スーパーが信号渡った向かいにあるので重い買い物も平気です。
ランドリーは横で徒歩１分なので持ち運びも楽ちんです。
栄えているスタンウェイ、ブロードウェイから１本づつ通り入った立地なので静かで住みやすいです。
