This meditation class is open to everyone from beginners to experienced practitioners. You can practice sitting on a chair or sofa instead of on the floor, and although the course is ZOOM-based, you can also participate with the video screen off. Enjoy a time of meditation to calm your mind and at the same time reduce daily stress.

*Please bring 3 large thick bath towels if sitting on the floor. If you use a chair, please bring one that does not have rollers.
*The deadline for registration is 5:00 pm on the day of the event.
*After the deadline, a ZOOM link to the class will be sent to all participants at once.

First experienced meditation in New York in 2000. She began teaching meditation in 2013. She also conducts meditation classes for inmates at Rikers Island Prison.
