The exterior of the building looks old, but the inside was almost completely renovated last December, including the back yard. The bed and couch are almost brand new as they were recently purchased. The latest security cameras have been installed. The living room windows face southwest for all-day sunlight, and the back yard is not in direct sunlight, so it is comfortable for morning coffee, reading, or after a hot bath.

Compensation ： Accommodation 30% of the itinerary （ fully refundable unless there are significant stains, damages or lost items ）
Special note ： No smoking in the entire building. Bed linen will be replaced with new ones for guest use.
