A large 3-bedroom unit in a building with doorman and elevator is available starting January 1, 2025. The room is about 8 tatami mats bright and fully furnished with a nice view.
Full size bed, desk and chair, small refrigerator, closet, wardrobe, lamps and everything you need for living.

The bathroom is shared with an American woman, but the living room also has a half bathroom for guests, so you can use it comfortably.

Linens are provided free of charge for those who need them, and there is a 24-hour card-operated laundry in the basement.

Located on Roosevelt Island, one F stop from Manhattan. Convenient, safe, and green, it is an ideal environment for a woman to live. It is a 5 minute walk from the station and there is a free island bus service.

Rent is $1200/month including utilities and Wi － Fi.

We are a Japanese female and an American female who are both working adults with common sense. We would like a Japanese female roommate who can live with us.

We have a cat, so we are asking only for someone who wants to live with a cat.
