一軒家の一部屋を貸しています。リバーデールは、とても綺麗で安全なエリアですよ！もしも興味がありましたら6177809301までテキストをお願いします！３階建ての一軒家で１階がリビング、２階に女性が2人（学校の先生と音楽家）、半地下１階にランドロード（男性）が住んでいます。２週間に１回、ハウスキーパーが来て部屋の掃除をしてくれます。その他ユーティリティーもランドロードが払ってくれます。綺麗好きな方希望です！



We have a 3-story house in Riverdale NY (Bronx)
The house is very clean. A cleaning woman services the house every 2 weeks. Riverdale is a super safe area and one of the nicest in the Bronx.
Rental includes very fast WIFI, washer and dryer, A/C, and all utilities. Your shared bathroom has a Jacuzzi-style shower. A second bathroom is available to you on the second floor. The room has a queen size bed and a desk. 5 – 7 minute walk to Starbucks and central Riverdale shopping and restaurants.
2nd floor is the common area.
3rd floor is for females only! 2 rooms are rented, and the 3rd room just opened).
Currently, tenants are international, but all are welcome.

Subway is 231 Street on the #1 train, a 10-minute walk to the house.
Room is available to females only $1000 per month.
Easy street parking / sorry no dogs or cats allowed.
