I am looking for a woman to live with me for a short term between 7/10 and 9/30 as one of my roommates will be staying abroad this summer.

The apartment is a newly built 3 bed ・ 2 bath with 2 working adults. The furniture has not yet been moved in due to the new construction and the pictures are for illustrative purposes only.

・ About 5 minutes walk to A/C line station. Manhattan, Williamsburg and Prospect Park are also easily accessible

・ Quiet environment with few friends coming and going

🛏️ About your room
・ Private room with private bath （ Large windows, vaulted ceiling ）
・ Air conditioning, closet desk ・ chair ・ bookcase ・ with curtains and sofa bed
・ plenty of room for bed and smaller furniture

💰 rent etc
・ 1,300 $ a month <4268> ＋ 1 month deposit, refundable when you move out if no problem ）
・ cleaning fee for common space and some utilities included
・ electricity ＆ Wi-Fi fee is extra, about $ 50-60 per month （ depends on season depends on season ）
