床は春に新しくリノベーションしたばかりです。
日本人の多いエリアと比べて他にないゆとりあるシェアスペースや廊下がある作りなので、人の気配を気にせず部屋で過ごせます。
大きな声や雑な人はルームメイト候補としていないので、現在のシェア関係は平和です。
生活に必要なお店や銀行、郵便局、公園、図書館、駅のすべてが５分以内の距離にあるので住心地が良いので刺激から離れた生活を求める方にあっています。
