We are looking for someone to rent the apartment from February 25, 2025 until the end of March ！
*We will leave the furniture but if you do not need it, we can put it in storage. 667>
Kingsbridge is a safe area and close to Manhattan, so I have never felt inconvenienced.

Compared to Queens and Brooklyn, the rooms themselves are spacious and very comfortable.
The central heat works well and is very warm.
The walls are thick and I have never had a problem with the neighbors' voices echoing or bothering me in the almost 9 years I have lived here ！
There are laundry facilities in the basement, so it was very helpful to be able to do laundry even on rainy or snowy days.
We will leave an external dishwasher so you can make it a little easier after dinner ^^
