This program is conducted in Japanese ・ English.
In today's volatile business environment, agility and tolerance for change are of paramount importance to all companies in the U.S. and Japan. This mixed US-Japan session will explore how our own expectations, values, and assumptions influence our ability to enact change.
Through culture mapping, we will analyze our own cultural conditioning and learn about the background and impact of potential differences between Japan and the US. We will also work in small groups to discuss how to bridge cultural gaps through real-life examples and gain new insights into effective ways to bring about change in our organizations.
Please join Nikolaus Mach-Hour and Kasia Lynch of the Japan Consulting Office ( JCO ) for this interactive online session.
Lecturers:
Niklaus Mach-Hour
Nikolaus ・ Mach-Hour has been working with Japanese people for over 30 years, starting with living in Tokyo and Hokkaido in the 90s. In 2020, he was appointed Vice President, responsible for the business strategy of the global JCO network.
He teaches classes in English, Japanese, and German, and is certified in creating global training programs and C-suite coaching.
