Atto Sushi specializes in Edomae style omakase, which emphasizes the flavor of seafood. One of our specialties is dry aging, which is also used in Michelin-starred restaurants. By applying this process to ingredients such as chutoro (medium fatty tuna), we bring out a texture that melts in the mouth and a rich flavor. We pursue harmonious flavors in each nigiri and aim to impress with every mouthful.
