仕事内容 日系の繊維の専門商社よりSales Assistantの募集です！ 未経験者応募可！
OPTの方の応募も可能です。　

【Primary Job Responsibility】
All the responsible jobs listed below need to be managed and performed in timely manner by your own decision even without Sale Staffs instructions flexibly.

(1) Maintain collections of the products nice and neat in the showroom.
(2) Communicate and set up appointments with customers for presentations of collections from time to time with Sales Stuffs and During Sales Stuffs Absence.
(3) Communicate with customers and principals for initial information.
(4) Control and manage deliveries. Anything shipped to customers in US Territory from Asia or the office including messenger services, FedEx, UPS, DHL, and etc.
(5) Keep all sales record/file and necessary information required by the Company with the computer system or paper form in timely manner.
(6) Sample payments
(7) Customers’ web controlled systems (PLM). Upload and maintain information required by customers in timely manner.
