This year, after a three-year absence, the Nippon Club is resuming its winter tennis tournaments, one of its main outdoor activities, and will be holding various doubles tournaments over two weekends in March only. The dates are March 11 （ Sat ） and March 18 （ Sat ） at the USTA National Tennis Center indoor courts in Flushing ・ Meadows ・ Park in Queens, where the US Open is held annually. There will be three tournaments: Open Doubles A （ Advanced Level ） tournament for both men and women, Open Doubles B （ Beginner and Intermediate Level ） tournament, and a Women's Doubles tournament. Not only Japan Club members but also Non ・ Members ／ Guests are welcome to participate. （ If you take this opportunity to join as a trial member, you will be treated as a member ） for the tennis tournament entry fee. The following is an outline of the tournament and how to apply. We welcome all tennis enthusiasts, those who play tennis regularly and would like to try a tournament, those who have played before and would like to pick up a racket for the first time in a while, and first-time participants are also welcome. Let's enjoy playing while having fun. All levels of players are welcome to pair up and join us.

[Competition Method]
Tournament format. Winners compete.

Preferred class for Open A and B is self-assessment, but basically, A is for advanced level players with experience in student tennis club activities or those who are considered to have equivalent ability, and B is for intermediate level. Pairs can be male, female, or mixed. （ Please note, however, that the classes may be changed according to the judgment and decision of the tournament management committee, and depending on the number of participants, the classes may not be divided or may be merged. ） Also, the details of the tournament procedure and whether or not and how the Loser's Resurrection Round （ and Consolation Round ） will be held will be decided by the Management Committee.
