Spacious and bright 1BR half-basement in Maplewood, NJ （ Laundry and shower/toilet shared with owner-woman ） Private entrance

The female landlord is injured and travels back and forth between Japan and the U.S. for treatment, and her companion is Caribbean-American,
a busy couple who commute to work. ） We are looking for a live-in scholar （ in a nanny/caregiver/nurse role ） considering this property as a scholarship.

If you can help us clean the house as a nanny at least 1 － 2 times a week, we will pay you an hourly rate for that.

We will reduce the rent by a part time job, but you pay 1/3 of the electricity, water, and Wifi for a total of 3 residents.
That amount is probably about 100 ～ 120 ㌦.

Women desired, as much as possible, with a college degree or "higher education" and good sense. We cannot accommodate a transition to renting with a man and two men because they smoke in secret, rent for a short stay with a man or later
because the rent is cheaper. It is only a half-basement for one person or the entire house
Capacity for water.

Late 30's ～ Healthy Japanese up to about 80 years old, 1 month deposit, Japanese family or other guarantor required, personal ID （ Insurance card or my number card ）.
The beds are simple folding type, so we recommend to change the mattress.

folding bed, pillows and other basic bedding, two-person sofa in bedroom, two windows

[Commute] 5 minute drive to train station, shuttle bus goes from near house to train station at commute time for $2 each way.
It takes 35 minutes from Maplewood station to NY Penn Station. Manhattan is not a good environment, so all the working people who own houses commute by train.
There are various offers within walking distance from my house, but if you have a work visa, bring your driver's license （ international driver's license ） and car insurance
I am willing to share my car, but for ESTA sightseeing, you can lease a car or buy a cheap one for cash. You can sell it when you leave.
With 3 month ESTA, work visa, green card, citizenship, and a degree of legality, people are easy in NJ, so
you should have a wider choice in how you act. There is a good, inexpensive used car shop in my neighborhood.　If you are new to the U.S., you will need my guidance and
you will get used to it little by little.
