In this class, participants will learn how to make Nerikiri, a type of Japanese confectionery that reflects the seasons. Nerikiri is one of the most popular Japanese sweets made from white sweet bean paste and gyuuhi (rice cake) （ and mochi (rice cake) ）. Let's enjoy the beginning of summer by making nerikiri with a design of hibiscuses and a hand-watering bowl.

The materials will be sent to you in advance by the instructor, and on the day of the class, we will work together from coloring to molding via Zoom. Please take this opportunity to experience the fun of making Nerikiri and enjoy a peaceful moment with delicious Japanese sweets.
