The exterior of the building looks old, but the inside was almost completely renovated last December, including the back yard.
The bed and couch are almost brand new, just purchased this year. The latest security cameras are installed. The living room windows face southwest for all day sun, and the back yard is not in direct sunlight, so it is comfortable for morning coffee, reading, or after a hot bath.

Special note ： No smoking in the entire building. Bed linen will be replaced with new ones for guest use.
