We are looking for someone who can move in on April 1 and rent the apartment as a room share.
Please contact us for some flexibility in dates. This is convenient for those who attend Columbia or City College.
It is also a safe and convenient location with fairly good transportation.

Regarding the apartment

・ 145th A/C/B/D within 30 seconds walk （ Express and local ） (corner of 145th and Saint Nicholas in Manhattan ）
* From the station to the apartment entrance Seconds to the entrance, less than a block walk. It takes about 20 minutes by express train to Times Square or Rockefeller Center （ 3 or 4 stops ）.


・ We are a Japanese woman and Japanese-American man in our 40s, with a boy who will be 5 this June.

The facilities, security, access to midtown, and cleanliness of the room were all more than what was described! The owner's family is also very nice. The owner's family is very friendly, and I was able to live here for about 2 years without any problems, including communication. The view from the room and the park along the Hudson side of the street, which is only a 10-minute walk away, were a nice break from my remote work. I have to go back to Japan due to work, but I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone who is looking for a place to live.
