We are looking for staff with knowledge and experience in HR operations in an accounting firm.
Remote work is acceptable.
Office is in the Chrysler Building next to Grand Central Station, so it is very accessible.
Part-time hours are available.
We also welcome candidates with experience working in an accounting firm or with basic accounting ・ tax knowledge.

Main Responsibilities ：
・ Provide data on employee payroll ・ Confirmation
・ Support HR operations in accordance with employment regulations and labor laws in various states
・ Work with external vendors, data Provide and verify payroll ・ Approvals
・ Prepare various labor related contract documents ・ Administration
・ Facilitate compliance with internal policies and recommend actions to resolve issues

Qualifications ：
・ Experience in HR and payroll operations in the US
・ Ability to work in Japanese and English
・ Basic payroll software （ e.g. ： ADP, Quickbooks, etc ） Use of Experience
・ Knowledge of US labor and payroll related tax laws
・ Strong communication and problem solving skills
・ Ability to understand and adapt to Japanese corporate culture
