Midtown East Manhattan Looking for someone to stay with us for a short term.

We are looking for a sublet for a studio/junior one-bedroom in Midtown East Manhattan from 12/10 to 1/14. There will be no roommates, so the room will be completely for the sole use of the person staying in the room.
Please note that if your stay is less than 7 days it will be $ 90 per night.
Please do not stay with more than 2 people. This condition is non-negotiable.
This is a very well located apartment just a 2 minute walk from 51st St on the 6 line and Lexington Ave/53rd St on the E/M line. Grand Central Station is only a subway stop or a short walk away.
Safe area with restaurants, cafes, supermarkets and a Japanese supermarket within walking distance.
There is an elevator and a laundry in the building for a fee.

Preference will be given to those who are willing to rent for as long a period as possible, but the length of subletting is negotiable, so please feel free to contact us.
