Gender is not required, but we are looking for someone who is meticulous, clean, responsible, and considerate of other residents. No smoking in the house. Rooms are furnished with bunk beds, shelves, and racks for clothing.

There are many stylish and delicious restaurants and cafes in the neighborhood, a huge Korean supermarket, a 24-hour laundry （ and a Japanese supermarket next door ） are only 4 minutes away on foot. The location is excellent.
