こんにちは！私は30代の韓国人で、働いている女性です。猫を飼っていて、人が好きです。今の契約が終わるので、新しいルームメイトを探しています。

アパートの情報:

2ベッド2バスのアパートで、2人がそれぞれ自分の部屋とバスルームを使います。
部屋は少し小さいですが、大きなクローゼットとプライベートバスルームがあります。
最近購入した家具（ベッド、机、椅子）があります。
位置:

ウッドサイドの54番街にあります。
52丁目の7号線の地下鉄駅まで徒歩3～5分（アパート内は地下鉄の音がありません）。
61丁目のウッドサイド駅まで徒歩10分で、LIRRやエクスプレスに乗れます。
ウッドサイドのH Martまで徒歩8～10分、ロングシティのH Martまで15～20分です。
住宅の特徴:

アパートは完全にリノベーションされており、非常にきれいです。
すべての窓には網戸があり、各部屋とリビングにはエアコンと調整可能なヒーターがあります。
玄関のドアは番号キーで開けます。
地下には無料で使えるサムスン製の洗濯機と乾燥機があります。
入居可能日: 11月1日
価格: 月1350ドル、保証金1350ドル

Looking for a Roommate!

Hello! I’m a Korean woman in my 30s working full-time. I have a cat and I love people. I’m looking for a new roommate as my current lease is ending.

House Information:

It’s a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment where two people have their own rooms and bathrooms.
The room is on the smaller side, but has a spacious closet and a private bathroom.
There are recently purchased furniture items (bed, desk, chair).
Location:

Located at 54th Street in Woodside.
3-5 minute walk to the 7 train at 52nd Street (no subway noise in the apartment).
10-minute walk to the 61st Street Woodside station, where you can catch the LIRR and express trains.
8-10 minute walk to H Mart in Woodside and 15-20 minutes to Long City H Mart.
Apartment Features:

The apartment has been completely renovated and is in pristine condition.
All windows have screens, and there are air conditioners in each room and the living room, along with adjustable heaters.
The entrance door uses a keypad for entry.
There’s a Samsung washer and dryer in the basement that you can use for free.
Move-in Date: November 1st
Price: $1350 per month, $1350 security deposit
Utilities: Heating and electricity (approximately $50-100 per person, depending on usage) and internet (approximately $15 per person) are additional.

If you’re interested in the larger room that fits a queen-size bed (with a private bathroom), it’s also available for $1550 per month.

Requirements:

Cat lovers only.
Previous roommate experience is preferred.
