We are looking for someone who can move in immediately and rent the apartment as a room share.
Please contact us for some flexibility in dates. It is convenient for those who attend Columbia or City College.

・ West facing with a good view. George Washington Bridge can be seen to the north.
・ Laundry is in the basement. ） Laundry card is available for rent, but you can download an app and pay with it.
