運動していない方やもっと運動したい方、この心地よい季節にこのサークルに参加して気持ちをリフレッシュしてみませんか。
辛い時、寂しい時にも運動すると気分がすっきりしますよ！

当日は茨城県人会とコラボし、皆ではっぴを粋に着こなし、セントラルパーク沿いを練り歩きます。
