All guests must sign a contract. This provides clear terms and protections for both parties and provides the same security as a typical mid-term rental.

🏡 Consideration for the Residence and Neighborhood
This property is located on the second floor of a Duplex （ 2-family ） in a quiet residential neighborhood. Please be considerate to the neighbors.

Quiet Hours&Guest Policy
🔕 Quiet Hours: 9pm ～ 7am （ Please refrain from noise especially during these hours ）
👥 Unauthorized guests prohibited: registered guests Only registered guests are allowed to stay
🎉 No parties or large gatherings: unauthorized events will result in immediate cancellation of your reservation ＆ $ 500 fine

Cleanliness&Trash
👟 No shoes inside: To keep the room clean, please remove your shoes at the entrance. Please take off your shoes at the entrance.

🗑 Trash Disposal Schedule:

Burnable Trash ： Monday&Thursday morning collection
Recyclable Trash ： Tuesday morning collection
🚮 All trash should be put out along the sidewalk the night before collection
🔧 Report damage to equipment: stains, dirt, water problems, furniture damage, etc., please contact us immediately if you encounter any problems.

🧹 Bi-weekly cleaning: we can provide cleaning services on the 2nd ・ 4th Sunday of every month at a time of your choice.

Prohibitions （ strictly observed ）
