Founded in 1992, the largest Japanese soccer team in the United States. The team meets the needs of all players who still want to play soccer seriously, lose weight, make friends, and exercise. The league consists of two teams: a top team for serious competition and a reserve team for pure soccer fun, and players can choose which team they want to play for. The teams range in age from single to married, from nearly 65 years old to 18-year-old high school students. The network is a rare opportunity to make personal, business, and other connections outside of soccer.

Every Saturday morning at East River Park, they work up a fresh sweat and represent Japan against the world in the COSMOPOLITAN SOCCER LEAGUE 2nd Division on Saturdays or Sundays during the season.

Players of various skills, experience, gender, and age gather to work up a refreshing sweat.
For some reason, everyone is so comfortable that they gather early on Saturday mornings to kick a ball around. It's an interesting mix of expatriates, international students, self-employed, locals, freelancers, artists, and others that you can only meet in NYC.
The members of the club change quickly in and out of NYC, but the tradition has been passed down through the cooperation of all the members and the popularity of the director.
