営業しているキャバクラがあるそうです。
何となく目星はついています。
どうやって通報すればいいのでしょうか？

みんな感染を広めないようにと頑張っているのに違反しているお店があるなら法律違反ですので、web.master@sla.ny.govにメールしてください。もしくは巡回しているお巡りさんにメモを渡せばいいでしょう。アメリカでは法律で告発者保護されます。銀座のクラブでも感染が知られており、これは日系コミュニティを守るためでもあります。

Any licensed business found to be operating in violation of the Governor’s order restricting on-premises sales of alcoholic beverages shall face a monetary penalty (retail maximum of $10,000/manufacturer maximum of $100,000), and/or suspension, cancellation, or revocation of its license.

自宅待機要請令です。日本でも、夜のお店での感染が問題になっています。ぜひ慎みましょう。皆に広がっちゃいます。

phase 2 が始まりましたがこの間美容室に行ったら明らかに前と同じだけの人数が働いてる店がありましたよ。飲食店などみんな大変な思いをしながらルールを守っているのに。どうして守らないんでしょうか？
