Call ・ When you contact the Japanese Desk by phone or e-mail for inquiries or appointments,
our Japanese coordinator will carefully check your situation and insurance coverage details in Japanese.

In addition, the Japanese coordinator will also be present when you visit the hospital for your first consultation, etc., and will be available for
doctor's diagnosis and follow-up （ interpretation ） if you wish, and for any other questions ・ or concerns you may have. We will be happy to discuss any other concerns you may have.

Medical terminology, especially fertility treatment terminology, is not often heard in everyday life, and
may not be instantly understandable in a consultation with a doctor.
We also provide a glossary of fertility treatment terms to all Japanese patients who come to our clinic.

Our medical director, Dr. Thornton, is well aware of the unique characteristics of Japanese infertility and pregnancy, and
